Finding employment for some has been a challenge this past year for sure but prior to the pandemic that has consumed our day to day, many were in search of employment. What is the perfect job? Is there really a such thing? Personally, anything that you enjoy doing, take pride in, and you feel good about the work you put in/out would be the most realistic answer I could give. 

If Covid-19 has done anything for the world this past year, it's given people a lot of time to think about what it is they really enjoy. Through big businesses to small business taking major financial hits during the peak of covid, causing many businesses to shut there doors permanently. This hurts us all but when one door closes another opens.

Many individuals have started their own businesses! From finding their creative callings, undiscovered talents & suppressed passions, to the simplest of ideas that coincide with the world's current status. Just takes thought, planning, and preparation. The possibilities are endless, just do your research!

As we all may have experienced some shift and feeling of displacement this past year, many business have seen the value in having employees maintain operations while working from home. For the companies who were able to make these adjustments flawlessly are still hiring/operating. While companies who were booming in high success rates of finding those wanting to WFH vs the Brick and Mortar are finding that the competition is on! Remote employment opportunities are everywhere now of days. Companies are paying higher rates for experience and discipline! If you are capable of working from home today now is the time to jump in the mix, as we project there will be many changes in the way businesses will operate in the year(s) to come.

The GAME has changed! As previously stated, many business have had to shut their doors after years of operating. It is all so disheartening because some of these establishments helped mold our cities, etc. Although, currently it is not ideal to work where they may be close encounters with others but what if you don't have that choice? We still have to carry on and survive for our families. If everyone decided they would not risk their lives for a paycheck. The outcome/ripple effect would be detrimental. Simply put YOU ARE NEEDED! If you are in search of employment opportunities look in Customer Service. Where there is a service being provided, there will be a need for employees. Many business have increased pay rates due to customer interactions and offering hazard pay rates for those deemed Essential Employees. As our daily life continues, so does the working world. There is a need for your skill set, so do not lose hope. Refresh your resume, re-brand yourself and the right position will come calling and/or knocking at your door.
